Smart Vending Machine was invented after interviews were done with more than 340 water vending machine customers at 17 different locations in Klang Valley. The company compiled the customers' feed back and designed a machine with the unique out look and promotion programs to suit the customers' requirements. 1. Elegant Design
Customers are of the opinion that better looking machines are more sophisficated than simpler ones. Beautifully design machines have found to give customers a better confidence.

4. Bright At Night
Since over 50% of the businesses of water vending machines take place between 8pm to 12pm, the Smart Machines are designed to be the brightest and most attractive at night time. This also serves as a safety feature for customers who are out buying water at night.

Technology
Smart Vending Machine is built with a Central Monitoring System (CMS), a technology which allows the machines to be equipped with SMS system. Below are the lists of functions using the CMS:

1. Real Time Collection Info
Sms the machine and it will sms back the up to date collection.

2. When the machine door is opened without authorization.
When the service personnel is at the machine to collect coins or to service the machine, the company's management staff must first unlock the machine door using the SMS system. If this is not applied, the machine will then send a warning message.

3. Low water tank level 
The machine will also send out a SMS signal when filter gets choked or there is some malfunction at the machine and the water level in the storage tank will also show a low reading.
